The apartment is a brand new build in the city centre (CV1) next to the rugby ground, near the train station. Rent is £265 per month but that does not include bills - council tax, electric and water. Flexible in terms of furnishing the flat but want someone who is tidy!

I am looking for someone to move in after the 16th October and there MAY be a furnished living room/bathroom ready for you!
