An Assistant Reservations Manager is required by this stunning, highly reputable Hotel located about 45 minutes drive from Coventry, to support the Revenue Manager, and the reservations team.
Responsible for ensuring that your department runs smoothly and effectively, you will recruit, train, coach and monitor your team's performance, ensuring they are providing the most effective and highest standard of service at all times, and the all internet promotions are fully supported.
You will also continuously monitor departmental procedures, ensuring that performance targets are achieved, and that any problems / shortfalls, are identified, and rectified or improved by the most appropriate solutions.
Looking after a team of reservations agents, we are looking for an effective, inspirational man-manager, who will ensure that new and existing clients are provided with a consistantly excellent level of customer service.
Previous Hotel reservations experience at a supervisory level is preferred. However, we may consider strong call centre supervisors.
