A NIGHT DUTY MANAGER is required for a Top Quality Hotel in Northamptonshire

· Effectively support and contribute towards the smooth running of each department

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE
· Front of house
· Bar work
· Cleaning work
· Security walk rounds
· Helping out various departments
· Keeping up to date with daily activity
· Ensuring Guests’ stay is smooth and enjoyable at all times

SHIFT PATTERNS
Shift pattern is 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off on 12 hour shifts 11pm-11am.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are looking for highly professional, energetic and hard working individuals with HOTEL experience in a similar capacity or as a supervisor.
