Hi there, I am looking to rent out a single room in my house in a quiet road in binley for a minimum term of 6 months, maximum 12 months.

The room is available immediately.

It is a modern semi detached house, with large rooms, there is a newly fitted bathroom with bath and shower and also a downstairs wc. There is also a modern kitchen, large living/dining room, conservatory, garden with decked area, garage, and ample street parking. Broadband would be available (however you would have to bring your own laptop, desktop). There is also ample parking!

The furniture in the bedroom is as follows:

Single room (£345 per month)
Single bed and matress. Tall set of large drawers, small set of large drawers. Built in cuboard over stairs for wardrobe. Bin, lamp, shelf.
(bed sheets / linen/ pillows/ quilt will NOT be supplied).

The remainder of the house is fully furnished.

I am a professional and work shifts, i'm looking for tidy, considerate, people, preferably professionals, ma students or people on work placements. I would prefer females so it is an all female house.

The house is approx. 3 miles from University Hospital which is a 4 minute drive, 40 minute walk or a 5-10min bus ride away (the bus stopis at the end of the road.

Tesco express is within easy walking distance and there are lots of major superstores very close by.

The house is also in a very good position to access the M6, A45, A46, M40 and Coventry Airport.

The double room I was currenty advertising has now been taken by another female professional.
