The room available to rent is in a new block of flats that were only built 3 years ago. The flat is very well furnished and has washing machine and dryer inbuilt. There is parking if anyone needs to have a car with them, and the flat is situated just off the major bus routes going around coventry. It should be noted though that it is a bit of an effort to get the bus into warwick university from the bus stop near the flat and would require either a 20 min walk and a bus or a 5 min walk and 2 buses. The rent price listed excludes bills, but these should only be a minimal addition. The reason the rent is so cheap is beacuse the room has a single bed and is a little on the small side, but is still very much liveable, aside from which the furnishings and newness of the place really sell it. I am a 3rd year warwick medical student occupying the other room and unfortunately if im not working at hospital im usually revising! Im very friendly and laid back so am looking for someone similar. Ideally the term staying will be anything from 6 months to a year. The only other thing of note is that 1 months rent will have to be kept as a deposit.
