hi, were looking to rent two rooms out in our lovely fully refurbished detached home. Situated on the edge of kenilworth about 2 miles from war uni. Great access to leamington and coventry. All bills included,internet available, use of kitchen, utililty, tv room and pool room, when im not practicing (lol), fully furnished. Prefer female but not essential. Must be easy going and able to pay on time, must be a non smoker.
We have a very friendly dog that seems to think everyone comes to see him, so liking dogs is essential. We're 29 and 26.
