Chef De Partie- Leading Hotel and Venue-Northamptonshire

Salary offered £18,000

My client operates leading hotels and venues throughout the UK and they are looking for a strong chef de partie to manage a busy section within the kitchen

As CDP you will be responsible for the daily running of your section within a great team of 9 chefs serving high volume at lunch and dinner as well as banqueting for up to 250 covers. The hotel also has golf club house serving up to 120 covers

You will be positive, organised and energetic coming from a stable background in hotels or venues with large banqueting experience and be looking for your next career move within a large company that can offer great prospects

There is no accommodation available for this role so you would need to be local to the area with transport

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
