I have a 2 bedroom flat in a high rise block in Kennington SE London, I am on the 5th floor of a very sought after location as i am very close to the elephant and castle which is easy access for the city, it is a very secure block with cctv and a conceirge service and very well maintained, very close to the city of london and local amenities such as schools, shops, parks and public transport. there is a belcony which is off a large kitchen with double glazed doors (all windows are double glazed) the flat is on 2 levels, downstairs is sitting room and kitchen, upstairs is 2 bedrooms and seperate bathroom and toilet and there is a fire escape door upstairs in case of emergency, the only downside to this flat is that it does need decorating and carpeting ( i havent been able to afford to redecorate the last few years what 3 kids have destroyed) and there is tenant parking (im not sure of the fees).

please keep in mind that you will need to decorate and carpet if you do decide to take my flat.
