the place:
three bedroom house in Earlsdon. Rent is 216 but I am willing to pay part of it as it is just to make sure it doesn't stay empty over the summer...rent is for july august but it is VERY flexible. I will be leaving for sure mid-july so if someone is looking just for august or just july, or end of june to july...etc we can work it out (there is actually a fourth small room I could move in for a couple of days...)
I am a research assistant at warwick uni and need to go to paris to do some library work over the summer...
The house is very nice (my roomates were picky in choosing), with all utilities, there is a nice garden, really nothing to complain about, my room as a cute fire place to give this "english" feeling. Your are 5 min away from the 12 bus that goes to uni. another bus takes you downtown and about 10-15 min walk from the train station (I go to B'hm twice a week and to London on the WE...)
this is very cheap for what is it so don't hesitate to get in touch with me!
roomate are two guys (24 and 28) really laid back and not that often home, fun to hand out with but pretty discreet the rest of the time, one is finishing an MA the other one is starting one!
