As it says in the title.

Me and some friends, are looking to find likeminded women whom we can take out for casual dates and just general fun. Perhaps leading into a relationship if the attracttion is there.

To get this perfectly straight, we are not looking for group sex, or to have a three of us with one woman. We are looking for a woman, aged 18-35 each.

We have a preference for slightly older women because we have become a little tired of those our age, not knowing how a man likes to be treated ;).
