I need a web developer and programmer to help me with a new web venture. The idea isn't over complicated but requires someone with strong knowledge of PHP HTML CSS and Javascript (mootools/Jquery). Other languages would be a bonus.

I am looking for someone to either become a partner, share some of the business for a reduced service rate or just work for me on the project. I would only consider programmers in or around the Coventry area.
