We have a very nice single bedroom available to let in a quiet residential close in Whitley, Coventry. The property is modern throughout and furnished to a very high standard.
The room is furnished with a single bed and mattress (bedding can be provided if required) and wardrobe with storage. The flooring in the bedroom is carpeted.
This house share would be with two other professionals – a female aged 27 and me; Andy aged 27. We are looking for a clean, considerate and sociable person to move into the room as soon as possible.
Facilities include a new bathroom (upstairs) and a wet-room complete with shower, toilet and sink (downstairs). We also have a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Sky+ in the lounge, wireless broadband and a good size looked after garden complete with gas BBQ for the summer days! There is also a full home cinema setup in the lounge including LCD TV, DVD player and surround sound.
The property is comfortable and spacious and we are both very easy going people to live with. We are looking to find a professional guy or gal to move in as soon as possible.
We are asking for £250 per month, inclusive of all bills. It really is a lovely house - so please come and see what you think.
Great location, nice area of Coventry just five minute bus or car journey into the city centre. Within walking distance to the supermarket (ASDA) literally two minutes walk away which is always handy!
