The house is situated about 15min walk from Warwick town centre on a modern housing estate with supermarket and local pub. It has good access to the A46 and M40 but in a quiet area. I am looking to rent a double room which consists of a very comfortable king-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe. The house has good facilities including washing machine, dishwasher, shared bathroom and cloakroom, spacious back garden and wireless internet to name a few. I am looking for a clean, tidy, easy-going, fairly quiet natured professional as a tenant. I have 2 Jack Russells so they need to like dogs.
