Based at a Telephone Banking Centre in Birmingham city centre the role involves contacting existing customers to negotiate and secure payment of overdue amounts on loans and bank accounts and reach a suitable agreement programme. Primary focus on securing payments to bring accounts back to current, together with customer education to prevent future overdue positions. Candidates will be working to targets.

Candidates must have exceptional negotiation, problem solving and customer service skills with a desire to resolve issues and provide solutions for customers.

Full Time Hours of Work between 0800 – 2100 Monday to Friday; 0800-1600 Saturday and 1000-1600 Sunday (8 hr shift per day on rotating basis). 6 week training program Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700.

Key Time Hours of work between 1700-2100 Tuesday, Wed and Thursday and 0800-1600 Saturday (candidates must work min. 19 hours per week and commit to the above hours of work).
3 week training program reflecting the above working hours

Salary is £13,500 PLUS Bonus (bonus paid monthly, 1 month in arrears).
