installations@work are a successful South East based business looking to carry our brand to the Midlands. We install office furniture throughout England for major manufacturers. We are seeking an Operations Manager for the Midlands area who understands that their role is demanding. The ideal candidate will replicate the drive, ambition and ability of the Southern Team. Your duties will involve being proactive in finding the right team of porters and fitters to join you, as well as leading from the front. Daily tasks will be hands on with your team on site, whilst ensuring that not only the personnel but business are moving in the right direction. Early starts and long days when needed will not be a problem for you. This is a salaried position and although you are not paid by the hour, the successful candidate with not be clock watcher.
