Current tenants 18yo female (Gemma) and occasionally her BF, plus a 48yo Mail (eric) who only stays Mon to Thurs.

The tenants are quiet and respectful but friendly. Newly refurbished house with shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. All bills included. No deposit required. Pay weekly. No minimum or maximum stay.

Must like puppies as a tiny new Jack Russell puppy is coming to live there next week.
