A fantastic opportunity has a risen with a well-known company based in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The role is for a full time Customer Service Advisor to join a well established team.

You will be required to liaise with customers who have fallen into arrears with payments. Your role will be to gain a full understanding of their financial situation with the aim of getting payments or creating a payment plan for the customer to pay back arrears as quickly as possible whilst providing high standards of customer service. 


Dress Down: The company have a dress down day every Friday (and Saturday)

Gym Membership:  Corporate gym membership at Stratford Leisure Centre is available after 3 months employment, the first month will cost the employee £51, after that it's £18.50 a month.

Pension:  Our pension scheme is available after 6 months, Apex Credit Management will match the employees contribution.

Health Care:   Our health care plan is available after 6 months, at no cost to the employee they are able to claim back £75 on optician bills and £90 from any dental bills they incur.  Should they wish to upgrade their plan by making a contribution they are free to do so.

Fruit:  Fruit is provided on a daily basis for the company as a whole, there are bowls of fresh fruit placed on each floor, employees are free to help themselves.

 Subsidised Massage Service:  All employees can use their 10 minute break to enjoy a head, shoulder, neck massage for £3.50.
