House share/studio appartment or similar needed for approx. 6 months or longer, by a quiet single female with 2 cats. I'm looking for somewhere with a phone point into the room and if possible a cat-flap.
I don't smoke and I'm looking for somewhere NON-smoking and where there aren't any drug users/dealers/distributors in the property, as I've had problems with this in the past.
