Le Bistrot Pierre is an independent restaurant group operating 6 bistrots in the Midlands with expansion plans over the next two years. Our restaurant in Stratford-upon-Avon is on the ground floor of a 4* Macdonald hotel where we also run our own "posh pub", The Bear.

We are currently looking for a full-time bar supervisor for The Bear. We need someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working, dynamic with a big personality. Bar/waiting experience essential.
