I currently have a large double room (£290) and a single room(£260) to rent in my modern decorated house, the house is currently occupied by 1 couple (moving in September- then room will be occupied by a single) am looking for fun people to live with who enjoys going out for a few beers, having a laugh, watching movies, sports(footy, tennis, snowboard, kitesurf) who is easy going, to move in, the house has all been recently refurbished to a high standard, laminate floor downstairs, carpet upstairs, we enjoy football, going out for beers and a bit of wii action. The house was fully refurbished in march last year, with new carpets everywhere, new furniture and new kitchen. The garden is tidy and there is a driveway for two cars.
