Due to the popularity of the Wednesday night class in this lovely, peaceful setting, I am now starting an additional yoga class on Tuesday evenings 7pm until 8.15pm.

The focus is on correct alignment and breathing and is suitable for those who have never tried yoga before to those entering intermediate level. Modifications and adjustments will be given to you accordingly.

Yoga does not care about your size, shape or level of flexibility so please do not feel daunted if you are a beginner. An open mind is all that is required.
