This prestigious client is seeking a restaurant manager for their restaurant and bar. It services their hotel rooms, is used for large numbers of conferences and exhibitions as a luncheon and dinner point.
The successful candidate will be able to train members of staff in customer service and the technical side, have a good customer service ethic and have the ability to work within a team giving direction and showing leadership.
The restaurant operates from 6am-11:30pm 7 days per week.
