Hi, I'm looking for a housemate - after splitting up with my boyfriend I'm left with renting a 3 bedroom house that now feels very empty
The room I have to offer is a nice sized double, fully furnished at the back of the house. The house has all usual amenities - washing mashine, broadband, and a small yard (not quite a garden but it is getting greener) with a shed and definitely room for bbqs and sitting out in the sun (when we eventually get some)! There is street parking, it is quite a quiet street, within walking distance to town and very close to Earlsdon Highstreet. I'm a 25yr old professional female, moved to Coventry last August, and like socialising, dancing, live music, films, cycling... am looking for a similar sort of person to share with. No smokers or pets please. Rent would be £55/week plus bills - including council tax and everything I think it'll come out at around £350/month.
