You will be joining an energetic, hard-working and talented technical team. Your primary responsibilities will be:
• Pre-sales support delivering technical expertise to the sales effort, on selected products and accounts – via site visits with sales staff, demos and on the phone
• Advanced post-sales technical support – offering competent 2nd line support immediately and rapidly becoming the expert (3rd line) on selected products

In addition, as part of the technical team, you will be expected to contribute on other tasks from time to time (eg testing, internal IT operations, repairs).



Ideally, you will be:

• Trained and with significant experience in computer science or similar
• Fluent with networking and internet infrastructure technologies in general and expert in specific technologies (e.g. Apache, DNS, DHCP, Squid, etc)
• Fluent with Linux or other Unix
• An excellent communicator, with languages and international experience a distinct advantage
