Keep the bar and all areas of the property in a very clean state at all times
Be able to have a very tight control on stock and cash
To build business and maintain high level of sales over a sustained period
Have new and innoative ideas to build business
Have a good knowledge of sport and how it can help build business in a pub
Have experience with pub food and be able to deliver to a high standard
