Just Released New apartments in Anjuna Goa (£39,950)

Date posted: Friday 2nd May
Location: Anjuna Goa

THE PROJECT

The site is nested in the quiet serene surroundings of the Anjuna village with its scenic beach in vicinity.

The design revolves around the context of its location in a village. The architects while designing have maintained a scale and architecture so as to seamlessly blend the built structure into this village environ. The pergola covered lounge on the terrace overlooking the pool and the surrounding village.

THE DESIGN

Upon entering, one walks along a promenade onto which the studios open out. Here again the architects have recreated the organic nature of village spaces by placing the studio blocks non- linearly and through the differential facade treatment.

Different vistas open up as one walks through the site. The spaces in between the studio blocks create unique spaces which help create interest.

The studios open on to the pathway and a backyard. The front of the studio opening onto the pathway recreate the traditional village architecture with houses conversing with the outside through balcaos and windows.

The entire complex with the various studio units are arranged around the pool - the perfect avenue for enjoying the serene and beautiful natural setting. The overall design idealogy of the architects has been to create a classy and homely environ within the site and yet appear to be an organic part of the village surroundings.
