I’m 33, well trained, well mannered, and a cool head in the kitchen with always a smile on my face!

Classically trained and with a background in hotels and fine dining restaurants I can run a kitchen blindfolded and turn out quality food and keep costs to a minimum. Aside from my years in hotels and restaurants I have worked for event companies both here in the UK, in Australia and mainland Europe. More recently I have been working on private yachts, villas, chalets and private homes.
