Food & Beverage Manager- £ 26,000-£32,000

Food & Beverage Manager required for 4 star deluxe property based in Warwickshire. Our client is looking for a real star Food & Beverage Manager, who is hands on and wants the opportunity to make a name for themselves in the UK.

Our client is a stunning 100+ bedroom multi outlet operation. The hotel boasts a 120 cover fine dining restaurant, a superb new destination bar & extensive conference & banqueting facilities for up to 250.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Directors.
• You will be involved in the strategic planning of the opening of the new restaurant, including cost analysis, setting budgets and forecasting sales.
• You will also be heavily involved in the promotion and marketing of this new opening. Responsible for the hands on day to day running of the restaurant, including recruitment, induction and training of all new F&B staff.
• As the Food & Beverage Manager you will also oversee and manage the smooth running for the Banqueting department.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience as an Assistant and/or Food & Beverage Manager of a high volume multi outlet 4 or 5 star hotel
• You will be heavily performance driven, with excellent knowledge of improving sales, driving the business forward both locally and nationally.
• You will have strong business acumen including the desire to be hands on in the day to day running of the operation.
• We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate service driven professional.
