Junior Conference and Events Sales Co-ordinator-1 2 hours drive from Warwickshire
A wonderful opportunity for a Junior conference & events co-ordinator to join this very busy team at our award winning hotel near Warwickshire.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the conference & events team with the planning and execution of functions.
You will provide them with administration and business service support, and ensure that all customer needs and requirements are fulfilled. You will also assist in ensuring that all sundry items requested are correctly authorised and accounted for. You will assist in the smooth running of each function. Outstanding communication and organisation skills, with emphasis on strong customer service delivery. You will have good IT literacy and the ability to multi task effectively and calmly, under pressure.
Fantastic Hotel Group with excellent training & Opportunities. Due to the hotel location, you would ideally need to drive. There is however a hotel Shuttle bus that runs from Central Buckingham throughout the day.
