Our client is one of the UK largest suppliers of their successful product in the UK. Currently in a position to add to their already focused and determined team. We are looking for an individual to provide First Line Technical Support on their range of products to clients.

This role will be based in Warwick so transport is preferred due to location and no direct public transport.





Salary up to £15,500

25 days holiday + bank holidays

Required skills



- 1-2 years customer service experience - preferably product based

- Ideally Contact Centre/ Call Centre experience

- Excellent telephone manner

- Good analtyical/troubleshooting skills

- Good attention to detail
