House is well presented, has a large kitchen with separate breakfast area, a large through lounge (over 28’), washing machine, bathroom with separate shower cubicle. City centre is less than 20 minutes away on foot.

Rent is £350pcm and fully inclusive of all bills (council tax, gas, electricity & water). Non-smoking professionals only - for single occupancy. Female tenant preferred by other female housemates (aged in their mid-late 20's).
