A small privately owned Gastro Pub Company requires an experienced Gastro Restaurant supervisor or Assistant Manager who is looking for the next step.

This permanent full time position is based at The Duck on the Pond in Long Itchington and after an inital induction period you will be expected to cover two days a week at our other site The Bulls Head in Wootton Wawen.
The role is one of covering for the Manager on days off and assisting in the daily operation during busy times.
Salary is initially £14,500 plus approx £3,000 - £4,000 PA in tips.
A Personal Liquor license would be a distinct advantage as well as a driving license.
