High bed with desk is 2 years old now its in great condition reason for sale was only because i had a fan installed and it clashed with the stairs being on the end its got a few scratches on the frame in places but unless you look close they are not noticable there is also one of the boards under it is slightly cracked which was there upon purchase but hasnt ever got any worse so its nothing to worry about. Its been designed for late teens to adults im 19 , 6ft1 and weigh 14 stone so believe me its fairly sturdy... i have provided some pictures below of the bed, pick up only please you will need a decent size van as the framework is fairly big...
