we have 2 single bedrooms available in a large 5 bed house on holyhead road, 5 minutes from the city centre.

the house has 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining area, large front room with pool table, washer/dryer, dish washer, off street parking and a double garage.

the house is situated close to the city centre, but on a main road leading out of the city, so getting around is quick and easy.

we currently ave 3 guys in the house and are looking for two more people to fill it for the coming 12 months.
