Team of Approx 20 Front of House & 10 Kitchen

Turnover £30-40k per week approx / 200 / 300 covers per day

The Restaurant and Food Led Pub Sector has recently developed an emphasis on quality, simple fresh food and a better dining experience for the customer.

My client has led the way in the last 4 years in setting a unique style for each of their sites and a menu that is simple yet fashionable with a very high standard of contemporary dishes and traditional favourites which has something for everyone. To remain a leader our client wants to be hiring the best General Managers.

"The Best General Managers” need to have a depth of personality that inspires the people around them, a charm and sense of humour that the customers enjoy time and time again and a work ethic that delivers results for the staff, the company and the customer. Managing controls in finance and operations is essential in a business that turns over £30-£60k per week depending on the seasons.
