This property is being readvertised due to a timewaster. If you have previously contacted me regarding this property only to be told it has been let then please do contact me again.

We do not appreciate timewasters as such we have had to tighten our application criteria as follows:-

Within 24 hours of the viewing or at the viewing you must produce £100 cash to reserve the property and you will be given an application form.

Your application must be returned within 48 hours otherwise you will be deemed to be no longer interested in the property and will lose your holding deposit.
